Paul Becker will talk about his work as an artist and writer. His current artworks are drawn with coloured pencils, from small monochromatic works on paper to larger than life figures drawn on canvas. He may touch upon working from imagination, drawings emerging from failure, catastrophe, accidents, mistakes and compromises.
Bios:
Paul Becker is an artist and writer based in London. Recent solo exhibitions include Last Days of 'Poison Ring' at Mackintosh Lane and Marc Jancou Gallery in Switzerland. Forthcoming exhibitions include Drawing the Unspeakable curated by David & Liza Dimbleby at the Towner Museum in Eastbourne. His last book, How We Made ‘The Kick Inside’ was produced by JOAN Publishing in 2022.
