In Anna’s workshop we will be using watercolour and inks to paint in neighboring Spa Fields. Whilst working outside we can take in and develop a sense of our surroundings through drawing.

Anna Tewungwa makes observational and surreal drawings, taking her practice outdoors. Through drawing she is able to “... take awe in my immediate surroundings no matter where I may be”, and combines observational drawing with free association and memory.
