DRAWING ON ARCHITECTS' DRAWINGS

Architects’ drawings are almost always made for something else. In most cases this is a building, but it could also be, among many other things, furniture, a landscape, or a film or stage set. The projective quality of architectural drawings make them ripe objects for creative experiments that reimagine the objects they represent, and the drawings themselves. 

In this workshop, Matt Page, artist and the Deputy Director of Drawing Matter, will invite you to undertake a series of creative experiments using drawings from the Drawing Matter collection as a starting point.

Bio:
Matt Page is an artist based in Somerset. Since 2020 he has been the Deputy Director of Drawing Matter.
